I found the hotel to have a special atmosphere. It reminded me of home. my room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. i really enjoyed the food, it was amazingly traditional moroccan. the staff were always professional, efficient, and also so friendly.
the only minor thing was the limited variety at breakfast.

I ate at the restaurant one evening and had breakfast daily. The food was AMAZING!!! the restaurant offers traditional moroccan cuisine, and there's a wide selection of wines available too.

the staff were always helpful and attentive to my needs. abdel provided excellent service, going above and beyond to assist with arrangements and provide thoughtful recommendations, i found him to be an excellent member of the team.

the location is quiet, yet within walking distance to everything. it is also close to many modern restaurants and nightclubs, so it is easy to experience a vibrant nightlife scene and i really appreciated that.

The breakfast was acceptable with some Moroccan options like pancakes and bread.
The noise from the street was a problem. the ventilation system made an unbearable sound, particularly near the pool. This hotel currently does NOT live up to its supposed rating.

The staff demonstrated genuine hospitality . The manager promptly addressed my requests for information about local attractions. Breakfast featured fresh juice, also the dining area offered an expansive view. The room was serviced daily with great attention.
The wifi signal in some areas of the garden were weak.

The heated pool offers relaxation after a busy day. A carrefour IS situated just 100 meters away, very convenient for necessities. Traditional music fills every evening, played by a musician.

the hotel is a short ten minute walk to the medina, convenient for shopping. The koutoubia is within walking distance, this allows for easy sightseeing. The hotel is outside of the medina, this provides a QUIET retreat.

The suite has two separate bathrooms, one for each guest. My room featured stylish decor, clean lines, and comfortable furnishings. A big closet included space for luggage, also a vanity under the sink.

Staff arranged a last minute hammam spa treatment. Abdel shared insights, that provided context for the local history. The day manager organised guided tours, that allowed for structured exploration. The really good chef prepared superb dinners, tailored to preferences.

the staff gave me a welcome tea and cake during check-in formalities. i enjoyed the plentiful room in my suite it featured two amazing bathrooms the shower was especially nice.
the absence of complimentary water bottles in the room was a slight surprise other hotels i stayed at provided them without charge

the hotel location proved very convenient with easy access to various attractions and services. the staff ensured i could easily arrange pickups and drop-offs for excursions directly from the premises. i found a well-stocked carrefour nearby, great for purchasing water and snacks. the pool area provided a serene environment with comfortable sunbeds and ample shade.
i noticed some minor wear in my room nothing serious but it was visible

Very nice Experience!

I enjoyed being picked up for excursions right at the hotel. Such convenience. The medina was a short walk, so evenings were great. It not sketchy at all, I tell you! The breakfast included fresh juice and fruit. It was delicious, really.
I didn't like the noise! The road made it hard to relax. The ventilation machines were really loud by the pool.
